Appointments can be booked online via our website. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a 40% deposit will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend (no-show), the full appointment fee will be charged.

These fees are in place to cover lost appointment time and preparation costs. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
