Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online via our website. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined during the booking process.

Medical Disclosure & Consent

Prior to receiving services, you must complete an intake form disclosing relevant medical history and skin conditions. By booking, you confirm that:

You are not pregnant or nursing (unless cleared by a physician).

Pricing & Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept eftpos and cash.

$200 Full Body Laser Session – New Client Offer
Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This offer is valid for new clients only who have never received a laser treatment at our clinic. Limit of one redemption per person. Photo ID and/or contact details may be required to verify eligibility.

Offer Details
Eligible new clients can receive one full body laser hair removal session for a discounted price of $200.
The normal price is $255 for women and $265 for men.
The session includes treatment of the standard full body areas defined in our clinic’s treatment package.

Reversion to Standard Pricing
After the initial discounted session, all future full body laser sessions will revert to the standard pricing:
• Women – $255 per session
• Men – $265 per session

Booking Requirements
Appointments are essential and subject to availability. The offer must be booked and redeemed during the promotion period (if applicable).
Clients must adhere to all pre- and post-treatment care guidelines provided at the time of booking.

Non-Transferable and No Cash Value
This offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

Cancellations and No Shows
Our standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiting the promotional rate or being charged a cancellation fee.

Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to an initial consultation and approval. Clients must be deemed medically suitable for laser hair removal. We reserve the right to decline treatment where contraindications exist or where medical clearance is required.

Consumer Guarantees
This promotion and all treatments provided are covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not exclude or limit those rights. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us directly.
